Residents at HC-One’s Mornington Hall in London are enjoying one to one sessions with Home Manager Jo Robbin-Coker.
Every Friday, Jo spends quality time with one Resident from Mornington Hall, the sessions are great for establishing a relationship with the Residents individually.
The sessions also provide the perfect opportunity for Residents to express any of their thoughts, comments or wishes in a private setting.
Last Friday, Claudius and Jo enjoyed a lovely meal, afterwards they were joined by Marilyn, a member of the care team at Claudius’ request for a coffee and a chat. Claudius commented that he enjoyed a good lunch with great company.
