On the 20th of January, Colleagues and Residents, at
Ailsa Craig, residential care, nursing care and nursing memory care home, in Glasgow have celebrated a special birthday.
Ailsa Craigs, Home Manager, Lynsey Armstrong, celebrated her 40th birthday with a big surprise.
All Residents and staff members sang ‘Happy Birthday’ and wished Lynsey well.
The kitchen staff made her a special birthday cake and snacks were severed on a big buffet table for others to enjoy. The Wellbeing staff decorated the lounge for the surprise.
It was such a great atmosphere, and the food was amazing! The kitchen staff did a fantastic job.
A Resident, commented, “I love big surprises. I like making people happy.”
Lynsey had a great day, she remarked, “It was such an unexpected surprise. Thank you all very much!”
