Residents at Brompton House care home in Broadway enjoyed an educational afternoon as they learned about the history of Hidcote Manor Gardens.
As the autumn sun was shining, Residents wanted to make the most of their day and embarked on a journey to the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside.
When they arrived at the gardens, Residents took a stroll around the scenery, admiring the beautiful floral displays and listening to the people recall the history of Hidcote.
Residents even shared memories of visiting the gardens with their families when they were growing up, as they took photographs of the landscape to keep after the trip.
One Resident commented: “We picked a lovely day to visit Hidcote, the sun was shining and the grounds looked beautiful. I had a wonderful day.”
