Residents at HC One’s Hinckley Park care home enjoyed delicious ice cream treats on a glorious hot day.
What do you do on the hottest day of the year (so far)? Residents and Colleagues may not be able to go to the seaside for an ice cream, but they sure can give it a good go themselves at the Hinckley care home instead!
Out came the ice cream, along with Flakes, sprinkles, sauces, and anything else that the staff could find.
Residents had to be quick choosing which they wanted as the ice creams were nearly melting faster than anyone could eat!
Residents and staff alike were spread out in the garden to try and beat the heat. There's nothing quite like a sunny day, a gentle breeze, and a cone of ice cream!
