The inspectors were full of praise for Colleagues at Himley Mill, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Relatives, who remarked on how kind and caring staff are and that they are happy with the support received from staff.
Inspectors commented on the variety of activities that are provided to Residents which they enjoy, including weekly trips being planned at various local attractions.
