HC-One’s Support Office based in Darlington hosted its second annual Christmas Charity event on Wednesday 11th December 2024 to raise funds for a local charity, Darlington Town Mission. A grand total of £727.50 was raised which was presented to the Darlington Town Mission charity.
The Christmas Charity event was organised by HC-One’s Careline Team consisting of a range of festive treats including homemade festive cakes, sweet delicacies, hot chocolate, food including hot dogs, a Christmas raffle and a tombola with amazing prizes, games and activities as well as a Santa’s grotto providing visitors with the opportunity to snap a photo with Santa and his elves.
The Darlington Town Mission charity is a local charity who support the elderly living within Darlington. The charity aims to tackle elderly isolation through providing companionship through home visits, hospital visits and organising group social events and outings.
