HC-One Colleagues are celebrating their success following the winners of Carehome.co.uk’s 2022 Top 20 Care Home Awards in the West Midlands being announced.
In total, two HC-One homes across the West Midlands received awards for being among the Top 20 care homes in the region.

• Priorslee House care home, Priorslee, Telford, Shropshire.
• Branston Court care home, Branston, Burton-On-Trent, Staffordshire.

Review from David T (Son of Resident at Priorslee House) published on 30 June 2022, Carehome.co.uk, stated:
“On arrival, you get a professional, warm welcome, where you are asked who you are here to see (secure). Clean, well-presented areas throughout the house, with a well-stocked and variable selection of drinks and snacks (freshly made cake). I've not got a bad word to say about all aspects of the Priorslee House offering. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this establishment to anybody seeking respite or a more permanent stay.”
Review from P H (Wife of Resident at Branston Court) published on 10 August 2022, Carehome.co.uk, stated:
“My husband has been in Branston Court for almost 4 years and although he has deteriorated in that time he has always been well looked after and the manager and all her staff should be given much credit for the work they do. Nothing is too much trouble and my husband is non verbal they seem to know what is needed to make him comfortable. As a result of the above, it gives me peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands.”
