HC-One learning and development Colleague finalist for regional awardHC-One is proud to announce that Colleague Chaniece Robson is now a finalist for the Regional Apprenticeship Awards.

Chaniece, who works at the Head Office in the Learning and Development Department, has been successful in reaching the North East Regional Finals of the awards in the category of ‘Rising Star’, along with four other HC-One Colleagues, which is a fantastic achievement.

The National Apprenticeship Awards, now in their 18th year, showcase the diverse range of sectors engaged with apprenticeships, and the success stories of those who have embraced apprenticeships with zest.  The awards provide an opportunity to celebrate the very best employers, apprentices and apprenticeship champions across England.

Chaniece commented, “I started with HC-One in January 2018 as an apprentice. I completed a level 2 business admin, maths and IT qualification. I then completed a level 3 business admin qualification and was awarded distinction * award. I now work full time as a Learning and Development Administrator.”

Susan Beasley, Apprenticeships and Qualifications Manager, commented, “We are extremely proud of Chaniece reaching the National Apprenticeship North East Regional Finals this year which is a testament to her hard work and successful achievement of both her Level 2 and 3 Business Administration apprenticeships.”

“Chaniece’s skills and behaviours continue to grow, she can be relied upon to mentor new team members to support their development and understanding of all things learning and Development and continually role models the behaviours required for effective front line and Colleague support.”
