We encourage our residents to feel part of things, both within the home and the wider community. A sense of belonging helps our residents to feel happier and transforms each day into a positive experience.

“We would urge the community to come along, enjoy the family fun and to help support your local care home.”

The four HC-One homes are all based in Tameside and provide a range of care to elderly ladies and gentlemen, including long and short-term care, convalescent and day care.
