The Daffodils care home, in Merthyr Tydfil, have achieved a perfect 10 out of 10 review score on the UK’s leading care home review website, and Colleagues are over the moon with the kind words spoken by Relatives.
In a number of different reviews, Relatives comment on how friendly, efficient and caring staff are. In one review, a Relative remarked, “I cannot praise staff in Daffodils highly enough, the quality of care my gran gets is second to none, the staff genuinely care about all the Residents and have a happy and positive attitude with everyone”.
In another review, Relatives mention how Colleagues have stepped up during the current pandemic, “The staff have been exceptional, especially during these difficult times. They are very professional and keep us updated with any concerns or issues, and we feel well informed.”
