Hayes care home Residents visit London art galleryShanti, Janet, Alice and Marjorie, Residents at HC-One’s Aston House care home in Hayes braved the cold weather and went to London to visit Tate Britain, one of four art galleries in the UK on Wednesday 24th January.

The day out was extra special for Alice, who had never visited a museum before and was very keen to see all of the wonderful displays. The group admired all of the magnificent art as they explored the gallery, afterwards, they stopped in the café for a slice of cake and a cup of tea as they talked about which displays they liked the most.

The team at Aston House plan regular trips to nearby attractions for Residents, earlier this month Residents visited the James Bond Exhibition at the London Film Museum and to the Royal Festival Hall in Southbank Centre, London to watch a CIRCUS 1903 performance.
