Sydney and Jean, two Residents at HC-One’s Aston House care home, were delighted as they enjoyed a road trip out together with Colleagues in the home’s van.
They requested this as they wanted to enjoy an afternoon adventure visiting various places, so Colleagues granted their wish.
The couple enjoyed a meal together at a local restaurant, before being taken on a drive around the area, with views of the local airport for them to watch the planes as they landed and took off.
The journey then took then to a local farm in Feltham, where they were able to catch a glimpse of the horses grazing on the pastures, with the pair enjoying the fresh air and sunshine as they walked near to the farm area before returning home.
Seema Jose, home manager, commented: “Regular trips out are so important for our Residents, when they request to take trips such as this, it’s always nice to help them fulfill their wishes and engage with the local area.”
