HC-One’s Aston House care home Resident, Helen, was delighted to celebrate a milestone birthday recently as she turned 102 years of age.
The birthday was made an extremely special occasion as Colleagues decorated the home with banners and balloons and Helen was gifted with a selection of lovely gifts and a bouquet of flowers.
Helen’s family visited the home to celebrate this milestone with her, and she was delighted with her day. Her daughter, Madeline, remarked: “What the team at Aston House have done for my mum has been overwhelming! They have been amazing and have gone above and beyond in their role to ensure my mum has had a fantastic day.”
Residents enjoyed indulging in some delicious home made snacks and birthday cake before spending the afternoon dancing and laughing, playing various party games.
Home Manager, Seema Jose, commented: “I’m honoured to have been part of arranging this lovely day for Helen. I really enjoyed celebrating with her.”
