Haslington care home workers raise money for local hospiceThree members of the team at HC-One’s Hollymere House care home in Haslington are spreading kindness in the local community by raising an impressive £400 for Saint Luke’s Cheshire Hospice.

Magdalena, Belinda and Katie walked 13 miles on Saturday 30th June through Crewe and Nantwich alongside over 700 people who were also there to raise money for the Hospice.

Resident’s from Hollymere House enjoyed seeing all of the colourful outfits the ladies were wearing and wished them well before the big day.

Hollymere House Home Manager, Rob Wheatley said:

“Completing the walk and raising such an impressive amount of money is a great achievement. It’s also a perfect example of how kindness is at the heart of everything my colleagues do at Hollymere House.”
