Bridgewater Park care home in Scunthorpe was delighted to open its doors to the local community as Residents celebrated Harvest Festival.
The day began with a lovely service presented by the local church, which the mayor was delighted to join Residents in attending.
Residents enjoyed singing autumnal hymns and songs together, before the mayor helped donate a fantastic food hamper to the local church.
The day was rounded off with a delicious serving of homemade cake and a selection of refreshing drinks, as Residents shared memories with their loved ones of past Harvest Festivals.
Julie Moult, Home Manager at Bridgewater Park, said: “We were delighted to welcome so many familiar faces from the local community to our Harvest Festival celebrations. We are extremely grateful to all who donated.”
