Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Chaseview care home were delighted as they held their harvest celebrations in the home.
A church service was held on the day to begin festival celebrations, and the home were also able to collect large boxes of non-perishable food items to be donated to the local foodbank, which was gratefully received.
Relatives and members of the local community attended the home to celebrate with everyone.
The celebrations ended with everyone enjoying home made cakes alongside warm beverages.
Rhonda Ware, home manager, commented: “everyone has enjoyed today, we are so glad to help the local community food banks where needed.”
