Residents from HC-One’s Sheraton Court in Hartlepool were treated to a karaoke session from the car park by two local lads on Monday.
Josh Murphy and Brian Baines advertised on Facebook to see if any homes would be interested in them coming to sing some Karaoke.
They joked they weren’t great singers, but would have a go just to try and help people out and bring a bit of joy and laughter to Residents through this difficult time.
All the Residents were up at the windows, singing and dancing to songs such as ‘Hey there Delilah’ and many more.
One Sheraton Court Resident said, “What a great time I had, I loved every minute of it. Can they come every day!”
Josh and Brian stayed for two hours to entertain the Residents and their neighbours and they all thoroughly enjoyed it.
Sheraton Court Home Manager Carole Thomson said, “What a fantastic idea, the Residents had great fun and everybody enjoyed it.”
