Residents at HC-One’s Sheraton Court care home in Hartlepool enjoyed a holiday to Crimdon Dene Holiday Park in North Hartlepool in October.
Sheraton Court booked a caravan in Crimdon Dene Holiday Park in mid-October and Residents took turns visiting the holiday park for the day. During their visit to the caravan, Residents enjoyed playing games and decorating rocks which they placed in various locations around the holiday park.
When the weather was bright enough, the group headed for a walk along the seafront and shared their favourite memories of holidays and trips to the seaside in their younger days.
One Resident commented: “I’ve had such a wonderful time, I hope we can visit again next year.”
