Residents and team members at Acacia Court care home in Pudsey welcomed a local harpist on Friday 17th January for an afternoon of musical entertainment.
Everyone gathered in the dining area where a delicious buffet was served for Residents and guests before Rebecca started to perform classic war time songs on her harp.
The sounds of the harp played throughout the home and Residents enjoyed listening to songs from their younger days. At the end of the performance, everyone gave a round of applause and thanked Rebecca for her time.
One Resident commented: “What a wonderful performance, the sounds of the harp brought back so many happy memories of my childhood.”
