Harefield care home Residents get moving to musicResidents at HC-One’s The Harefield Care Home have recently enjoyed taking part in new exercise activities together.

Slow Yoga sessions occur at the home up to four times a week and consists of various slow yoga exercises for Residents to partake in. Some Residents even enjoy taking part in the activity.

Another exercise often occurring within the home is ‘music to movement’ and these sessions occur once a week as Residents undertake various movements and exercises along to music.

Mary Nadeem, Home Manager, commented: “These exercise routines are a wonderful way to stimulate Residents and ensure they remain active. We look forward to their visits each time.”
