Hard work pays off for Linlithgow care home workerHC-One’s Linlithgow care home in Linlithgow, West Lothian is celebrating the hard work of long-standing team member, Lauren McKay who completed her Nursing Assistant training in early May.

Lauren has worked at Linlithgow for over nine years and is a beloved member of the care team. Residents at her fellow Colleagues were delighted to see Lauren develop her skillset and take on a new role. 

To celebrate her achievement, Lauren was presented with a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Linlithgow Home Manager and Deputy Manager. Residents admired Lauren’s bouquet and said that they were well deserved.

Lauren commented: “I am so excited to start my new, exciting journey as a Nursing Assistant at Linlithgow. Thank you to the team and lovely Residents for all of their support and encouragement.”

Linlithgow Home Manager, Roger Milligan said: “Everyone at Linlithgow couldn’t be happier for Lauren. She is a hardworking, dedicated individual and we are all looking forward to seeing her continue to thrive in her new role as a Nursing Assistant.”
