Residents from HC-One’s Douglas View care home in Hamilton enjoyed getting in the festive spirit with a trip to local garden centres on Tuesday 5th November and 12th November.
A group of Residents headed to a local centre on Tuesday 5th November, everyone enjoyed admiring the Christmas decorations and browsing the shops for the perfect gift for their loved ones. One Resident commented that all the decorations made the centre feel magical.
On Tuesday 15th November another group headed to Rosebank Garden Centre to experience the winter wonderland, everyone enjoyed a warm beverage and a delicious cake after browsing the centre.
Lyndsey Barnes, Douglas View Home Manager said: “Our Residents love visiting our local garden centres throughout the different seasons, this time of year is always lovely as the decorations are out for all to admire.”
