Hamilton care home celebrates glowing Care Inspectorate reportHC-One’s Douglas View care home, on William Street in Hamilton is celebrating its recent glowing report from the Care Inspectorate (CI). 

The team at Douglas View were delighted to have received an impressive Care Inspectorate report, which rated the home as ‘Good’ all five assessment areas, demonstrating that the home is providing high standards of care for Residents.

The inspectors were full of praise for the team, highlighting the home’s strong community links and successful inter-generational community project. 

The report also included a host of positive comments from Residents, including, "I've no issues still happy in home and am well looked and have good relationships with staff" and "I've been well looked after by staff here and have been made to feel welcome. I've enjoyed joining in the activities and the meals".
