Halloween spook-tacular at Glasgow care homeResidents and team members at HC-One’s Eastbank care home in Shettleston, Glasgow enjoyed a fang-tastic Halloween party on Thursday 31st October.

Halloween is an annual celebration that originated as an ancient Celtic festival where people would wear costumes to scare off ghosts. Since then, it has evolved into a day of fun festivities, including trick-or-treating and pumpkin carving.

Residents and team members wore fancy dress and did the monster mash all afternoon during their scarily good party, with spooky treats and potions for all to enjoy.

Salve Rull, Home Manager at Eastbank said: “All of our Residents were very excited for the day. Halloween is a popular celebration and many of our Residents excitedly told stories of what they used to do at Halloween when they were younger.”
