Residents and Relatives at HC-One’s Greengables care home were delighted to enjoy a Halloween party within the home.
All enjoyed excitement, as a fancy dress competition was had, as well as activities such as cookie decorating, pass the parcel, and a raffle, with Halloween themed music playing in the background.
Zilla the bearded dragon also surprised Residents with a visit to the home, much to everyone’s delight as they were so amazed with the animal, interested in its features.
The event raised a wonderful £63 in total, which will go towards the Residents’ comfort fund.
Anne Winstanley, home manager, commented: “Everyone has had such a brilliant afternoon, Colleagues have worked hard to make the event a special one for all, and family members have especially enjoyed spending time with the Residents.”
