Halloween celebrations at Redcar care homeResidents, friends, family and members of the team at HC-One’s Roseberry Court care home in Redcar came together for a spook-tacular Halloween Party on Thursday 31st October.

Halloween is an annual celebration that originated as an ancient Celtic festival where people would wear costumes to scare off ghosts. Since then, it has evolved into a day of fun festivities, including trick-or-treating and pumpkin carving.

Children from Sunny Days Nursery visited Roseberry Court to join Residents and guests in their Halloween celebrations, everyone enjoyed some fang-tastic activities including apple bobbing, a disco, costume competition followed by hot dogs and spooky cakes.

Roseberry Court Home Manager, Alishia Calvert said: “Thank you to my Colleagues for organising such a lovely event, everyone was in such high spirits from start to finish.”
