Residents at HC-One’s Hailsham House care home in Hailsham are keeping active with keeping line dancing classes hosted by Nadia, from First Dance Ltd.
Both Residents and team members at Hailsham House have been putting their best foot forward to learn line dancing with the help of Nadia, an instructor from First Dance Ltd.
The new line dancing classes are part of Hailsham House’s keep moving, keep active programme which aims to encourage Residents to lead healthier and more active lifestyles.
One Resident commented: “I really love the line dancing classes, they bring back fond memories of holidays to the Isle of White.”
Katie Brewster, Home Manager at Hailsham House said: “I am so pleased to see that everyone is participating and enjoying the line dancing classes, it’s so important to stay active to maintain both physical and emotional wellbeing.”
