Residents and Colleagues at HC-One’s Hailsham House embraced the sunshine recently as they soaked in the warmth of the garden.
Basking in the sunshine, everyone chose to wear funny hats as they sat in the garden together and socialised with a cold, refreshing drink. Residents commented on how lovely it was to feel the warmth of the sun whilst the birds sang in the trees.
Residents enjoyed chatting about their younger days as they reminisced of their holidays in the warm weather, both in the UK and abroad, and discussed how they would enjoy a trip to the beach with their families.
Katie Brewster, Home Manager, commented: “days like this are wonderful for Residents as it means they can reminisce of their summer days as children, and they can sit in the garden and enjoy the nature in our beautiful gardens"
