Colleagues at HC-One’s Hailsham House Care Home recently came together to congratulate previous Turn Around Manager, Lisa Brazenall, on being a fantastic mentor.
Other homes within the Birmingham area also offered their congratulations due to the support and kindness she has offered to all. Specifically, she has been recognised for the effort she has given in all she does.
Julie Jones, previouse Home Manager of nearby Roxburgh House Care Home, commented: “She is always on hand if I am struggling or unsure of something, and is always kind in all she does. I would like to thank her for all the support she has given to me and many others.”
Jonathan Catterwell, Area Director, also remarked: “We are so lucky to have Lisa in our area, she has always offered her assistance and it is greatly appreciated.”
