A sprinkle of Christmas cheer filled the corridors at HC-One’s Park House care home in Guisborough as Residents and members of the team welcomed in the festive season with a Christmas Fair on Saturday 7th December.
Park House opened its doors to members of the community, selling homemade gifts such as cards, decorations and ornaments, whilst offering seasonal beverages and nibbles. Live entertainment from the Elderly Brothers was enjoyed throughout as well as a tombola, raffle and a visit from Santa himself.
A great time was had by all, with members of the community commenting how much festive fun they had at the fair and Residents said it was lovely to welcome their friends and family to the fair and spend some quality time with them all.
Park House Home Manager, Julie Woods said: “Christmas is a time when people young and old should come together to celebrate the festive season. Everyone was in good spirits and enjoying what was on offer and we are delighted at the turnout.
“Thank you to everyone attended, it really got us counting down the days to Christmas at Park House.”
