Residents at HC-One’s Park House care home in Guisborough have been busy making handmade birthday cards for a local lady who will be celebrating her 100th birthday on Monday 14th October.
The lady, who is a Resident at Nunthorpe Oakes care home in Nunthorpe, will be turning 100 years old on Monday 14th October and the team at the care home wanted to make the day extra special by organising for her to receive 100 birthday cards on her big day.
When Residents and members of the team at Park House heard about the idea, they were more than happy to get involved and started working on beautiful handmade cards to send to the soon to be centenarian.
One Resident said: “What a lovely idea, I hope she has a wonderful birthday and likes all of the cards we have made for her.”
