Guisborough care home celebrates complimentary CQC reportHC-One’s Park House care home in Guisborough is celebrating having achieved ‘Good’ in all areas in a recent report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The team at Park House are delighted with outcome of their CQC inspection, which rated the home as ‘Good’ in all areas, demonstrating that the home is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsible, and Well-Led.

Inspectors highlighted the individualised care people receive and how they are supported to live fulfilled lives. This sentiment was echoed by Residents and their loved ones in the report, including, "the home is beautiful and staff are wonderful. [Person] is well looked after" and "I wish I'd moved in a long time along. I get well looked after. The girls [staff] have kept me right."

Located on Park Lane, the home offers short and long term care packages for older members of the community needing residential and residential dementia care. The home is also proud to have a 9.8/10 average user rating on the sectors leading comparison website, carehome.co.uk.
