Grimsby care home celebrate glowing CQC reportClarendon Hall received their CQC rating and decided to celebrate the ‘Good’ outcome with a party at the home.

All of the homes Colleagues, Residents and Relatives joined in with the party. Local ukulele group ‘The Nukuleles’ supplied the music for the event which guests really enjoyed and sang along to with gusto!

Home manager Nicola Walker made a heartfelt speech thanking everybody for their hard work and dedication. This was then followed by a specially written poem from wellbeing co-ordinator Hayley Sandison, which highlighted the company motto ‘Kindness in care’.

Jean, wife to one of the Residents at the home, praised the staff saying ‘You all work so extremely hard, the report was certainly well deserved.’

The kitchen staff made an array of tasty treats for the buffet which went down very well with the Residents and Relatives. It was great to see everybody come together to celebrate the CQC rating, there was such a fantastic atmosphere within the home.

One of the Residents commented ‘What a great party, I’m so glad everyone joined in!’
