Greenways Court care home in County Durham has shown its support for the Children’s Heart Unit Fund (CHUF) charity with a generous donation.
Staff joined forces to make a donation to the cause, with some contributing toys, chocolates, books and games.
The CHUF was chosen, as it is close to the hearts of a number of Greenways Court employees.
One Resident commented: “It’s lovely to see the home supporting charity, we are all very proud of them.”
Tina Ayton, Home Manager at Greenways Court, said: “At HC-One, we are proud to support the local community and charities. This was another lovely gesture from our team and I’m sure the children at CHUF will love their gifts.”
