Residents and Relatives at HC-One’s Waterside care home got creative recently as they decided to take part in a garden competition within the home.
Everyone took part in painting and designing plant pots and other gardening items, with one Resident dedicating their design to a fellow Resident who had recently passed away.
The Residents chose where each of the flowers would go as they enjoyed being involved in the competition, deciding which colours would suit others.
Amanda Rowley, Home Manager, commented: “Residents have really enjoyed themselves this afternoon as they got involved in the activity, they have felt so proud of the hard work they have put into their creations.”
