Green-fingered Residents enjoy sunflower planting at Coventry care homeGreen-fingered Residents at Victoria Mews care home in Coventry enjoyed an afternoon of sunflower-planting in preparation for the summer weather.

As the sun began to make an appearance this week, Residents Sandra, Frank and June decided to showcase their passion for gardening by planting some sunflower seeds in the garden.

Residents are already looking forward to seeing the beautiful yellow flowers making an appearance in the garden.

One Resident said: “How lovely, sunflowers are my absolute favourite flower and never fail to put a smile on my face!”
