For Residents at HC-One’s residential memory care home,
Yew Trees, in Dukinfield, it was a delightful day with some new pet sensory.
Colleagues introduced their new pet sensory animals today; a budgie that tweets at everyone, along with a rabbit, purring cat and dog.
One of the Residents commented, “That budgie made me laugh!”
Lynda Bulley, Wellbeing Coordinator, added, “The animals look so life-like and the Residents really enjoyed stroking the pets. It was lovely to see.”
