Kim Quean, Wellbeing Coordinator at HC-One’s Windsor Court Care Home, in Goole, East Yorkshire, a 77-bed residential, nursing and residential dementia care home, was highly commended in The Care Home Activity Organiser Award Category at the York and Humberside Region of the Great British Care Awards 2022.
The award ceremony took place at the Leeds Armouries, in Leeds on Friday 11th November to recognise excellence across the sector and pay tribute to those who have demonstrated outstanding work and dedication.
Kim has been outstanding in her role as Wellbeing Coordinator, bringing meaningful and positive changes to the wellbeing of the Residents living at Windsor Court Care Home. She is not only with the Residents but their loved ones too. Kim always involves Colleagues in activities and finds new ways to boost morale when everybody has had a hard day for one reason or another.
