Finavon Court care home on Carseburn Road in Forfar – part of HC-One, the kind care company – is celebrating having received a glowing report from the home’s recent inspection by the Care Inspectorate (CI).
The team at Finavon Court were delighted to receive an impressive Care Inspectorate report, which rated the home as ‘Good’ is both areas inspected which were ‘how well do we support people’s wellbeing?’ and ‘how well is care and support planned?’
Inspectors were full of praise for the team, highlighting the kind ways in which they provide care for Residents at the home. This sentiment was echoed by Residents who made remarks such as, "I have been in a lot of homes; this is the best, it is a brilliant home" and "The staff are 100%. They really treat me with dignity and respect".
The home’s achievements reflect HC-One’s commitment to being the care provider of choice across its family of homes for individuals looking for the kindest care and support.
Finavon Court is also celebrating achieving an average user rating of 9.6/10 on the sectors leading comparison website, carehome.co.uk. The home offers short and long term care packages for people needing nursing and nursing dementia care.
