For Halloween preparation, Residents on
Bankhouse residential, residential dementia, nursing and nursing dementia care home, in Poulton Le Fylde, donned their plastic aprons to enjoy an afternoon of painting pumpkins in all the colours of the rainbow.
They even got creative and made new colours by mixing the colouring pots together.
Edsel, Olive, Alan and Robert continued with their creations by shaking glitter over the pumpkins, which made a lovely addition to the Halloween decorations on the Garden Court unit.
Everyone enjoyed the activity with one Resident remarked, “The pumpkins look lovely."
Janet Barnes, Care Home Manager, said, “The creativity of the painting was just wonderful and we had some great designs!”
