The inspectors were full of praise for the team, highlighting the team’s warm and caring interactions with Residents. This sentiment was echoed in a host of comments in the report from Relatives, including, "my parent is very well cared for and is happy in the care home. The staff are very good” and "this home is excellent, I'm confident my husband is well cared for by really good staff. They go out of their way to make everything really good for everyone.”
