HC-One’s Darnley Court care home in Glasgow has recently unveiled a new communal area dedicated to arts, crafts and creativity which was formally opened by Resident, Maddie Archibold.
The team at Darnley Court decided to transform a room in the home which had previously been used for storage into a dedicated arts and crafts room. The aim is to provide Residents and visitors with a space to explore their creative side and take part in group art activities.
Everyone at Darnley Court was excited for the big unveiling of the room, which was proudly performed by Maddie Archibold, a Resident at the home. Residents and guests commented on what a lovely space it is and chatted about how they are looking forward to using the room.
