Twelve members of the care team from HC-One’s Greenfield Park care home in Carntyne, Glasgow completed a 5K Inflatable fun run to raise money for the Resident’s Comfort Fund.
The team members from Greenfield Park all signed up for the Inflatable 5K fun run at Strathclyde Country Park on Saturday 18th May and all worked hard to raise money in anticipation of the event.
On the day, the group did an amazing job completing the course as a team, all while having a great time. Each member of the team received a medal, certificate and goody bag at the finish line, they all brought their medals in for Residents at Greenfield Park to see.
As a team, they have raised over £500 which is all being donated to the Resident’s Comfort Fund. Residents were very grateful for the effort everyone had gone to raise some extra funds and thanked them all.
