Residents at HC-One’s Eastbank care home in Shettleston, Glasgow enjoyed a day out to Kibble Palace Botanic Gardens on Tuesday 29th March.
Everyone explored and admired the gardens, some shared stories of how much they loved gardening in their younger days. After Residents were finished touring the gardens, the group headed for a delicious lunch in the Tea Room.
Before heading back to Eastbank, the group stopped at the Rangers football stadium so that the football fans could have their photo taken outside of the grounds. The visit was very special for some, who were over the moon to see the stadium for the first time in years.
The visit has inspired the team at Eastbank to organise tours of both the Rangers and Celtic football stadiums for later in the year.
