HC-One’s Wyndford Locks care home in Glasgow has formed its very own music group with Residents, friends, family and team members coming together each week to sing songs and celebrate the power of music.
A weekly music group, named ‘Let Your Voice Be Heard’ has been formed at Wyndford Locks, the group is meeting every Monday from 6:30 pm till 7:30 pm to sing songs and share their passion for music.
Residents are enjoying the weekly sessions and said it’s lovely to meet with like-minded people and express their love for music and singing. One Resident commented: “I love to sing and it’s always a great evening when we all meet.”
Wyndford Locks Home Manager, Karen Watson said: “It’s great to see everyone coming together and expressing themselves in our music group, we hope to hear the wonderful voices of the group singing at some of our events throughout the year.”
