Nutrition and hydration week aims to highlight, promote and celebrate improvements in the provision of nutrition and hydration to Care Home Residents. HC-One's Glanffrwd and Peniel Green were recognised this week in the University Health Board Newsletter for their dedication to providing the tastiest and most Nutritious food for our Residents.
Glanffrwd had provided a tasty fish supper for their Residents along with some delicious cupcakes while Peniel Green held an elegant afternoon tea and also created some delightful hot chocolate drinks for Residents.
Providing excellent, exciting and varied Nutritious meals is just another way HC-One Provides the kindest possible care to our Residents!
