Residents and Colleagues at HC One’s Knowles Court celebrated Yorkshire Day with plenty of fun and games.
Residents at the Bradford care home took part in everything themed for the day, from ‘welly wanging’ to enjoying a tasty sip of a ‘good old Yorkshire brew’!
One Resident said “I love the welly wanging”, whilst another commented “this is beautiful parkin”.
Residents got involved with the staff to create the homes very own Yorkshire Day sign for the outside, and sitting down to eat some tasty Yorkshire parkin as a treat afterwards.
There was plenty of singing and music playing throughout, not to mention plenty of laughter and stories being told. Everybody had a fantastic day and can’t wait to celebrate it again next year!
