Seabrooke Manor care home, in Ilford, welcomed families for the garden visits which started on the 23rd of this month.
The very first garden visit was at Belgae House for Resident Ms ‘Mo’ after weeks of waiting Ms Mo was united with her family from afar.
Ms Mo was very delighted seeing her twin sister whom she had missed throughout lockdown. Even though they can't hug and kiss the connection and love was still present.
Relatives were all incredible grateful to staff at Seabrooke Manor and to be able to sit out in the Garden with her family and get a bit of fresh air, was so very pleasing for Ms Mo, "I am very grateful to be given the opportunity to see my twin as we celebrate our 100th Birthday which was last May."
Gladys Chibanda, Home Manager, commented, “It is so nice to see Residents reunite with their loved one.”
