Residents, Relatives and Colleagues at HC-One’s Acorn Hollow care home were delighted to welcome a furry friend as Debbie, a Colleague in the home, brought along her 12 week old puppy to see everyone.
Bess, the beagle and cocker spaniel mixed breed, was welcomed with open arms as Residents showed a great interest in having cuddles with her, asking various questions about the cute little pup.
Residents from neighbouring HC-One home, Avandale Lodge, were also delighted to join in as they came along to meet Bess and play with her.
One Resident was so delighted, as she remarked: “I enjoyed holding the little puppy as it brought back such wonderful memories of being a child, it’s been lovely to see her.”
