Brandon House care home in Coventry was delighted to have raised £700 for the Residents’ Comfort Fund as they welcomed Residents’ loved ones and friends from the local community to the home’s Christmas Fayre.
As Colleagues and Residents prepared for the exciting day, Maintenance Officer Paul got to work on making his very own Santa’s Grotto, complete with a reindeer and beautiful homemade sledge.
The Christmas Fayre was a great success as Residents and guests loved meeting Santa in his grotto, as many people shared memories of Christmas when they were growing up.
One Resident commented: “Today has been so lovely, my granddaughter loved seeing Santa in his grotto.”
